Business Analyst - After Sales

Job Summary

The Business Analyst will provide pre-sales support and solution implementation support for our cloud based After Sales software solutions used by Transportation, Powersports and Equipment companies. These solutions include Warranty Claims Management, Parts Ordering, and Service Management solutions.

Job Duties

  • Develop strong knowledge of our company’s after sales software solutions
  • Support pre-sales activities including acting as product resource, conducting product presentation & demo and document support
  • Help account management team with product implementation
  • Collaborate with technical team on development of new features & system enhancements
  • Test features and enhancements of applications
  • Create system and training documentation
  • Support and interact with existing clients


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in software product support, or similar disciplines
  • 1 - 3 years of automotive or related after sales experience in OEM or dealer environment
  • Experience with warranty, parts ordering, or other after sales processes will be a strong positive
  • Must be resourceful and take initiative to complete various tasks
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
