Optimum Info began with a challenge—and a phone call. In 2009, Optimum Info founder and CEO, Arvind Verma, was approached by an automotive company looking for a more friendly and flexible Business Management solution compared to what they had. With no budget and no guaranteed outcome, the company turned to us because they believed in our customer-focused culture, deep industry knowledge, and technical strength.
We took on the opportunity with one goal in mind: to build an innovative, flexible solution from the ground up, one that truly served the business and its users. Though we didn’t win that original project, our solution exceeded expectations and led us to our very first customer-partner, Kia America, in 2010. That moment marked the beginning of Optimum Info.
Since then, we have broadened our range of integrated network development solutions and developed a comprehensive suite of after-sales solutions to serve a wider range of needs across industries. We continue to build intelligent, user-friendly tools that help OEMs manage their franchise operations and field performance more effectively. From the very beginning, our growth has been driven by innovation and partnership, and we continue to expand.
Optimum Info is headquartered in Irvine, California and our software engineering & support centers are in Ahmedabad and Noida India. We also have representatives across the US, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, and Singapore to help support our customers on a global scale.
