Job Summary

As Product Analyst, you will work towards reviewing product growth pipeline, researching new ideas and understanding customer feedback to conceptualize, define and implement a product growth plan in collaboration with the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with one or several products in order to create customer value and deliver measurable business benefits
  • Contribute towards developing & maintaining a product roadmap
  • Responsible for product specifications, requirements, design mock-ups and other documentation required for product development
  • Work closely with the product development team to implement a product growth plan
  • Collaborate with teams such as product development, account management, marketing, and sales on various functional areas
  • Support and deliver product collateral for account management and marketing teams

Key Qualifications

  • Experience working on analysis & design, feature breakdown and projects/products from inception to implementation
  • Passionate problem solver, designing and building the best solutions for the most meaningful problems
  • 2+ years hands-on software product design and/or development experience
  • Works well with a team, and able to build new relationships
  • Ability to communicate thoughtfully, leveraging problem-solving skills and a learning mindset to build long-term relationships
  • Great interpersonal skills, as the role will require cross-functional interactions

Education & Experience

3 - 5 years of work experience in the Business Analyst / Product Analyst role within a software solutions company.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education.
