Already a customer of Optimum Info’s AMOS Business Management solution since 2019, Volkswagen of America has launched two more of Optimum’s cloud-based solutions; IKON Dealer Contact & Field Operations Management and APEX Dealer Package Management.

Tailored to OEMs to manage the entire spectrum of franchise network development, this suite of solutions integrates together seamlessly, providing Volkswagen of America with the ability to fully streamline the development of their dealer network and drive performance.

IKON is designed to enhance the collaboration between the field and dealers, as a comprehensive solution to manage all aspects of field operations activities including reviewing dealer performance, scheduling, conducting and recording dealer meetings as well as assigning / tracking actionable items and more.

APEX, a best-in-class solution, will help VW’s network development team streamline the complete life cycle and workflow of dealer documentation including, sales & service agreements and policy documents for renewals, buy-sells, new dealer appointments and more.
