The Business Analyst will acquire subject matter expertise on Optimum’s products and work as a liaison between Optimum’s account managers and the solutions delivery teams. This role will have key participation in the implementation of products for new accounts as well as development of new features in various product lines across our Business Management and other Network Development solutions. The responsibility will span Optimum’s global accounts. The job will be based in Noida, India.
