Work closely with Optimum’s Business Management customers to help them effectively utilize the system.
Provide consistent training and guidance on various application features & tools.
Review the quality and consistency of financial statements received from dealerships.
Follow-up with dealerships to continually improve the quality of submissions.
Work with customers for dealer performance analysis and continuous improvement.
Provide periodic online trainings to dealers and other users of the system.
Support customers in development of ad-hoc performance and financial reports.
Review and manage the month-end composite calculations.
Provide training to customers on how to best utilize our systems.
Coordinate with the development team on any new system functionality.
Test new features and reports before deployment on the system.
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or related areas.
3-5 years of Financial Analyst experience.
Experience interacting with external customers will be beneficial.
Automotive industry experience.
Must be proficient in MS Office tools like MS Excel and MS Project.
Nice to have an ability to read / write in either Spanish or French.
Should have the ability to work independently / remotely.
