Kia Europe NOVA frame contract empowers smaller NSCs with professional Performance Analysis and Network planning tools previously reserved for bigger markets

Kia Europe GmbH was planning to offer a professional tool for market performance analysis and network planning to its smaller National Sales Companies and Distributors (jointly called NSCs). The fully online tool should enable users to analyse automotive market performance, identify opportunities for growth and support tactical and strategic decisions. The system should also perform simulations to help identify the “optimal network” to help drive network planning decisions.

After an extensive evaluation, Kia Europe GmbH selected Optimum’s intuitive and flexible NOVA Network Planning and Performance Management solution for its NSCs.
