Job Summary

A .NET Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing and developing enhancements and features for Optimum Info’s software products. The position will be based at Noida, in India.

A key element is active participation in product development right from product / feature conceptualization through elaboration, development, and deployment. You will also define scalable solution architectures and build integrations with third party service / solution providers.

Job Duties

  • Prepare functional and technical designs and solution architectures for high performing applications, justify decisions taken.
  • Collaborate with the project manager for estimation and planning.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of 2-6 developers.
  • Develop and enhance application features in conformance with organizational standards for architecture, design, and code.
  • Ensure quality of releases through automated and manual testing and collaboration with the software testing team.
  • Rapidly upskill in new technologies, when required to meet business or customer needs.
  • Provide status, risks and team performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in engineering with 8-10 years of experience along with
  • Software design and development, preferably in a product development environment.
  • C# with .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, WebAPI, Entity Framework, LINQ, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
  • T-SQL and SQL Server optimization.
  • Web technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JS frameworks etc.
  • Experience working with blended Agile and Waterfall processes, in a DevOps environment.
  • Experience working with configuration management tools like Git, TFS/Azure DevOps etc. and setting up CI/CD pipelines.
Other graduate degree holders with demonstrable equivalent experience may also apply.
